The Xiaomi 13 series is in development and could go on sale by the end of the year. An IMEI database listing reveals the existence of a new 13 series smartphone, known as the Xiaomi 13 Lite, as we wait for official confirmation.
According to rumours, the device is a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Civi 2, which made its debut in China last month and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. Let’s examine the specifics.
According to a Pricebaba report, the Xiaomi 13 Lite may be found in the IMEI database under the model number 2210129SG. This device will be sold on a global scale because of the “G” at the end of the model number. The rumour also states that the Xiaomi Civi 2 would be rebranded as the Xiaomi 13 Lite when it launches.
It’s interesting that the model number of the phone matches exactly that of the alleged Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G NE. This implies that while being marketed to distinct markets, both of these gadgets may be essentially the same. Or it’s possible that the business is still deciding which name to use.
