Razer announced the Razer Edge 5G during RazerCon 2022. It is a mobile gaming console that supports 5G and was developed in association with Qualcomm and Verizon. With the pre-installed Epic Games launcher, it supports all AAA games, including Android apps and games like Fortnite and Rocket League Sideswipe.
Additionally, users of the Razer Edge 5G will have access to cloud streaming services like NVIDIA GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud Gaming (currently in testing). It also has remote play features that enable full access to PC libraries over Steam Link, Moonlight, Parsec, and Xbox. The Razer 5G’s specifications are listed below.

The Edge’s 6.8-inch AMOLED display has a 144Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution. The phone contains 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and is powered by the Snapdragon G3x Gen 1 mobile platform. The game console’s 5,000mAh battery provides electricity.
The Edge 5G offers 128 GB of UFS 3.1 storage in addition to a microSD card slot for extra storage. The operating system for it will be Android 12. The device has a 5-megapixel camera on the front. It supports Wi-Fi 6E, mmWave Verizon 5G, sub-6GHz, and Bluetooth 5.2 as well as other communication technologies. It is 263.8 grammes in weight and 259.7 x 84.5 x 10.83 mm in size.

The Razer Edge 5G comes with the Razer Kishi V2 Pro controller, which has an improved haptic feedback system and a 3.5mm audio plug.

In the US, reservations for the Razer 5G are currently being accepted for $399. The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless headphones are included with the $499 Razer Edge Founders Edition. It will be sold for that sum in January 2023. The company will showcase it at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in 2023.
