These facilities will be tangible locations where potential customers can inspect the goods firsthand. Ola wants to solve the issue of not giving the customer a tactile experience. The company decided to market its scooters using a novel approach. The brand will benefit from having this new Ola EV centre to close some gaps in the sales process. Each EV Center, according to Ola, is staffed with brand ambassadors that are prepared to provide the customer with thorough information about the scooter, the services, and the purchasing process.
The Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro e-scooters will be available for demonstration by the firm. A test ride could also be part of the demo. Features like Hypermode, Music, Navigation, and more will be available to the customer. The 10 distinct colour options will also be shown to them in real time.
The consumer can also determine the best financing option at the Ola EV centre in order to buy the scooter. Ola Ev will also offer support from its financial partners for the simple EMI alternatives.
Even after the EV centres are operational, the purchasing procedure won’t change. Ola will continue to accept orders and reservations from customers online. The EV centres will assist the customer by guiding them through every step of the order and payment procedure. According to Ola, customers would also be informed about delivery, after-purchase support, and maintenance.
